it´s funny sometimes that in bowling, we sometimes have to complain in whatever like rules, system,lane conditions, etc even though we have to sacrifice the friendship and camarederie among our bowling mates. Hey, this is just a game - the main objective other than winning is to have fun - for me fun and enjoyment should come first before winning! i have tournaments where i won but didn´t enjoy and i also have tournaments where i lost but i still enjoyed the game. Before complaining, you have to make sure that you know waht you are complaining before you get embarrassed in front of other bowlers. Some people complain on lane conditions, everyday is a different day and lane condition may vary or your mood may vary as well as your body condition. As long as everyone plays on the same lane condition, it should really doesn´t matter. My point here is bowling should be FUN! Stop concentrating on the rules and focus on your game, stop watching bowlers make mistakes, let the tournament directors do their job! Be a Humble Winner and be a good loser!

I still believe in saying, "When all is said and done, it´s not the shots that won the championship, but the friendships you made along the way."
What´s the point of winning if nobody will care if you win or not?
For me, the real measure of one´s success is on the number of friends you gained, and not on the number of pinfalls you earned.
IMHO.

 Correct, sir Angelo!!!! All what you´ve earlier said are true.
Bowlers always complain of the external factors when they´ve got low games specially during tournaments. The rules, the lane conditions, the phasing and others. But tend to forget sometimes or most of the times the greatest factor is their physical/mental conditions resulting in poor games.

IF YOU ARE A CONSISTENT BOWLER YOU WILL NEVER COMPLAIN OF ANYTHING SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHERE TO PUT YOURSELF TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOOD GAMES IN ALL ADVERSITIES!  |

you are right brother. im so irritated with bowlers that complains a lot just to win the tournament or leagues...how shameful are this kind of people...  how do they manage to play with their mind and conscience thinking of what to complain next just to win over the other bowlers...how interesting are this individuals  like recently im too frustrated not with my game though i played really bad that time...but with the person i played/compete with well ganun talaga yata sila basta manalo lang they will do what it takes kahit barkada or fellow bowler ka nila puro angal ng angal na bubuhay sa kakaangal...ok lang basta gusto nila angat sila palagi...well i could live with that! this kind of people must be thought a lesson or two  well enough of this soon babalik sa kanila yan...may tinatawag na karma mga tol dba! Ingat lang mga repapips!   |

...one more thing maybe we should really follow the rules of each tournament or leagues and be strict about it...let´s set a protocol for upcoming tourneys or leagues and sundin talaga natin, wala ng awa-awa sa mga bowlers...gets nyo ba? dapat! para maiwasan itong mga complains...dba mga bosing wala ng pagbibigay para hindi nasisira what you call rules! mas magandang you have your principles not to break them but to follow them...let´s try this...well if we will lose bowlers b´coz hindi mo sila napagbigyan sa gusto nila well sorry to say these bowlers are not worth it...what dya think its reality, not a fact!  |

Rules are meant to be followed, that´s why it´s there. Whether it should be strict or not, it depends on the bowlers themselves. There can never be a perfect rule. Little discrepancies in the rules or systems can always be resolved democratically.
The problem with most of the bowlers is they tend to look for any loopholes in the system whenever it is working against them. And they just keep their mouth shut if it benefits them.
The leagues we are into right now are just minor "friendly" leagues. We are not representing any country or anyone but ourselves. Why do we have to let the friendship suffer by complaining or protesting too much?
It just boils down to one thing, if you don´t like the way it is run, don´t join. Plain and simple.

well there comes a time in our lives that we encounter different kinds of BOWLERS.....
BOWLER 1- once a week bowler-EXERCISE LANG
BOWLER 2- twice a week bowler-EXERCISE,FUN AND FRIENDS
BOWLER 3- 3X a week-SERYOSO NA TO
BOWLER 4- 4X a week-PERA PERA NA AT SERYOSO NA
BOWLER 5-5X a week-KAILANGAN MANALO LAGI DAHIL SA PERA PERO WALANG KAIBIGAN DAHIL MAREKLAMO
BOWLER 6-HAPPIEST BOWLER COZ HE PLAYS WITH FRIENDS,GAINS NEW FRIENDS AND HAS NO COMPLAINS WAT SO EVER,HE JOINS SMALL LEAGUES OR BIG TOURNAMENTS WIN OR LOSE GOES HOME HAPPY AND THATS THE NAME OF THE GAME..............

BOWLER 7 - everyday present kaya lang nabalian ng buto kaya di makalaro. Sa sobrang atat maglaro, laging mainit ang ulo kaya nagkakape na lang.
