MABUHAY! WELCOME TO THE PHILIPPINES!
It is with great pleasure that we extend an invitation to members of your Bowling Congress / Association / Club etc, to participate in the 18th edition of the PBAP Bevida-Storm International Classic.
This prestigious event has been scheduled for May 13 - 17, 2015, at Pearl Bowling Center, HP Pearl Sports Center, Harrison Plaza, Manila, Philippines, and is sanctioned by the Philippine Bowling Congress (PBC) and the Asian Bowling Federation (ABF).
Participants in the Open, Classified and Youth Divisions will see action on three distinct and difference lane patterns that vary in length, shape and volume density.
Bowlers will need to display attributes in accuracy, repeatability, power, knowledge and versatility in order to challenge the conditions on lanes.
The 18th PBAP Bevida-Storm International Classic is proudly sponsored by Bevida Distilled Water and Storm Bowling Products, and supported by All In Technologies Inc, Ark International Inc, Legacy Ventures, Roto Grip and Turbo Products.

TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS
1. The entry fees are as follows.
a) P9, 000/- (Open Division Only)
b) P9, 000/- (Classified Division Only)
c) P12, 000/- (Classified Division and Open Division)
d) P3, 500/- (Youth Division Only)
e) P10, 000/- (Youth Division and Another Division)
f) P13, 000/- (Youth Division, Classified Division and Open Division)
2. There are (3) Three Divisions in this tournament:
a) Open Division: Open to all Certified Foreign and Local bowlers of ABF-WTBA.
Women will get eight ( handicap per game.
b) Classified Division: Open to all Foreign and Local male bowlers with a certified average of less than 195 and
to all Women bowlers.
c) Youth Division: Open to all Certified Foreign and Local Youth bowlers of ABF-WTBA born January 1, 1993
and after. There will be only One Division.
Bowlers may opt to join exclusively only the Youth Division (for a fee of P3, 500/-) or bowl Youth and any one or all of the Divisions (Open or/and Classified) where they are qualified to join. Scratch scores will be taken from the respective Divisions that the participant bowled in.
The Youth Masters fee is P1,500/-.
The following handicap will be applicable:
Boys Average Girls Average Handicap
181 and above 191 and above 0
171 – 180 181 – 190 5
161 – 170 171 – 180 10
160 and below 170 and below 15
The top 24 bowlers for the Youth Division will advance to the finals
where they will bowl another 8 games with the last game as position round
3. All bowlers irrespective of their division/s, will bowl 24 games in the qualifying round divided into 3 blocks of 8 games in three days, on two different time slots and on the three designated lane patterns. The top 24 in both the Open and the Classified divisions will advance to the Semifinals in which another 8 games shall be bowled. The top 6 bowlers will than advance to the Final Round.
The Master’s Finals fee for the Open and Classified divisions is P2, 400/-.
4. Bowlers in 4th, 5th and 6th position will bowl in a one game shoot-out. The winner will bowl 2nd and 3rd position bowler, also in a one game shoot-out. The winner of this match will bowl the top qualifier in a beat-twice format.
5. In case of a tie in the 6th spot in the Finals, a one game roll-off will be bowled.
6. In case of a tie in the positions in the final ranking for the Open and Classified for the 7th to the 12th place, prize money of tied position will be combined and divided among the winners.

8. All averages must be certified and will be based on the country’s current bowling averages.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to assign (re-rate) averages to bowlers.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL INTERNATIONAL & OVERSEAS FILIPINO BASED BOWLERS, PLEASE SEEK CERTIFIED AVERAGES FROM YOUR CONGRESS AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF THE TOURNAMENT VIA EMAIL OR FAX.
9. The format for the Open Division is scratch total pinfalls. Women will get eight ( handicap per game.
10. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry as they deem fit. Any matter arising that is not covered in the Tournament Rules, the Tournament Committee will decide and the decision is final, subject only to an appeal to PBC. Such an appeal must be made in writing within 48 hours of the decision of the Tournament Committee.
Should the appeal involve position standings in any event of the Tournament, it is the prerogative of the Tournament Committee to withhold presentation of prizes for that event until the determination of the outcome of the appeal.
Notwithstanding the PBC’s decision, a final appeal through PBC may be made in writing within thirty (30) days
of the PBC’s decision in writing to the ABF for final adjudication through PBC.
